Getting Started

Instant Ship! for Click Post is a Shopify app that bulk-exports order data into Click Post CSV format, then auto-extracts tracking numbers from printed label PDFs and registers them back to Shopify.

No initial setup is required. You can start using the app immediately after installation.

The plan costs USD 8.00/month. A 10-day free trial is included so you can try all features.

Screen Overview

The app has two main screens, accessible via the top navigation.

How to use the Label Issue screen.

Review your orders

When you open the screen, unfulfilled orders are displayed. You can see order numbers, customer names, amounts, shipping methods, and payment status.

Filter orders (optional)

Use the search bar to find orders by number or customer name. Filters for date, payment status, order status, and shipping method are also available.

Select orders

Use the checkboxes to select the orders you want to ship. The header checkbox selects all visible orders. If no orders are selected, all displayed orders will be exported.

Export CSV

Click the CSV export button to download a Click Post-formatted CSV file. Addresses are automatically split to fit within Click Post's character limits (20 full-width characters per field).

Enable the 'Include order number in address' option to print the order number on the shipping label. This improves matching accuracy when uploading the PDF later.

Log in to Click Post

Log in to the official Click Post website (clickpost.jp).

Import the CSV

Use the bulk application feature to upload the CSV file. The limit is 40 entries per upload. For more than 40, split into multiple uploads.

Pay & Print

Review the imported data, complete payment, and download the label PDF. You will need this PDF for the next step.

Keep the downloaded PDF as-is. Scanned PDFs or PDFs modified/merged with other tools cannot be read by the app.

Shipping Notification & Tracking Registration

How to use the tracking registration screen. It follows a 3-step wizard.

Upload the PDF

Drag and drop or click to upload the label PDF downloaded from Click Post. Multi-page PDFs are supported.

Review matching results

Tracking numbers and postal codes are automatically extracted from the PDF and matched against your Shopify orders. Auto-matched orders show a green badge. If there are multiple candidates, select the correct order from the dropdown.

Register

Review the results and click Register. Order status will be updated to Fulfilled, and a shipping notification email with the Japan Post tracking URL will be automatically sent to your customers.

Uncheck any tracking numbers you don't want to register. Tracking numbers with no matching order are automatically skipped, so there's no risk of sending incorrect notifications.

Export CSV

Select unfulfilled orders on the Label Issue screen and download the CSV.

Print Labels

Import the CSV into Click Post, complete payment, and download the label PDF.

Ship

Print labels, attach them to packages, and drop them at the post office.

Register Tracking

Upload the label PDF on the Tracking Registration screen. Auto-match and register — done.

Even with 100 shipments, the entire process — CSV export, import, and PDF upload — takes under 10 minutes.

Troubleshooting

Q.The PDF cannot be read

Use the original PDF downloaded from Click Post. Scanned PDFs or PDFs that have been modified or merged with other tools are not supported.

Q.Tracking number doesn't match any order

If multiple orders share the same postal code, multiple candidates will be displayed. Select the correct order from the dropdown. Using the 'Include order number in address' option improves matching accuracy.

Q.Address exceeds Click Post character limits

The app automatically splits addresses to fit within each field's limit (20 full-width characters). No manual editing is required.

Q.Cannot export CSV

Make sure orders are selected. Orders without a shipping address are excluded from CSV export.

Q.Can I use the app on mobile?

Yes, you can download CSV files and upload PDFs from smartphones including iPhone. You can manage your shipping workflow on the go.
