These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the "Shipped in Seconds! for ClickPost" Shopify App (the "App") engineered by JizaiDev ("we", "us", or "our").
By authorizing and installing this application, you unequivocally agree to adhere to these Terms. If you disagree, refrain from utilizing the App.
2. Service Scope
The App facilitates operations between your Shopify order data and ClickPost (Japan Post), driving shipment efficiency. Core features comprise:
- Batch generation of ClickPost CSV documents out of corresponding Shopify orders.
- Automated granular address formatting (extracting Prefectures/Cities/Wards/etc).
- Automated bulk capture and matching of tracking numbers from label PDFs, mapped instantly to Shopify orders.
- Automatic firing of shipment completion notifications.
3. Accounts and Authentication
Integrations are authenticated per standard Shopify OAuth protocols. Requisite access scopes concerning orders and fulfillments are negotiated intrinsically at the point of installation.
4. Pricing and Payment
App billing leverages the established Shopify App Store billing framework natively. Modifying active plans or cancellation operates unilaterally through your Shopify Admin interface.
We reserve the right to amend prevailing plan tiers dynamically. Entrenched subscribers will be provided 30 days mandatory advance notice preceding any adjustments taking effect.
5. User Responsibilities
While commanding this application, you accept overarching liability conforming to the following variables:
- Confirming status as the legitimate Shopify administrator or appointed operative possessing utilization mandate.
- Acknowledge strict compliance with the ClickPost (Japan Post) operational Terms of Service and securing an ongoing native account therein.
- Preserving total responsibility verifying outputs of the generated CSV files alongside the accuracy mapped back via tracking numbers.
- Abstaining from unlawful exploitations involving spam, fraud, or general illegal activity against the infrastructure.
- Properly safeguarding downstream buyer Personal Identifiable Information processed during transmission.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Structural codebase, frontend composition, brand footprints, and auxiliary documentation constitute proprietary intellectual properties localized functionally to us. Reverse-engineering or misappropriated cloning of boundaries outside explicit limits persists as a strict transgression.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Important Notice
Provisioning of the App operates on an strict "AS-IS" framework. Continuous non-disruptive, error-free operational states aren't universally warranted or guaranteed.
Inherent algorithmic processes associated with granular address formatting or PDF-bound tracking extractions cannot realistically maintain an absolute 100% precision threshold globally. User oversight over localized final payload verifications is mandated.
Governing law dictates severe exclusions regarding subsequent liabilities mapped from operational usages. We absolve culpability associated explicitly to:
- Secondary damage, circumstantial loss, punitive liabilities, or direct revenue depletion streams derived from failure.
- Structural database degradation or generalized persistent corruption events.
- Botched fulfillment loops or logistical disruptions born from skewed CSV processing or bad tracking sync.
- Consequent service blackouts tied centrally to broader ClickPost (Japan Post) infrastructure interruptions.
- Broader disruptions tethered systemically to structural Shopify platform downtimes.
A hard financial liability ceiling is imposed inherently: Aggregate damages compensated to the appellant should not mathematically exceed the aggregated App subscription fees remitted chronologically across the prior 12 fiscal months tracing backward from the triggering impact event.
8. Modifications and Termination of Service
Dynamic modifications, functional augmentations, or aggressive feature-deprecations reside unilaterally within our jurisdiction.
In events demanding sunset directives, users maintain 30 days advance notice delivered internally or via storefront signals.
We hold fluid authority refactoring these structural tenets procedurally. Important threshold adjustments invoke advance notifications natively. Sustained adoption preceding any change enforces tacit agreement natively.

Construction of these guidelines aligns tightly against the jurisdictional legal frameworks belonging to Japan natively.
