JizaiDev ("we", "us", or "our") considers the appropriate handling of your personal information to be an important responsibility when using our Shopify app, "Shipped in Seconds! for ClickPost" (the "App"). 2. Information We Collect
To provide corresponding functionality, the App accesses the following information via the Shopify API.
- Store Information — — Information required for installation and authentication, such as store name, store URL, and plan details.
- Order Information — — Order number, buyer's name, address, postal code, phone number, and order status (used for CSV export and tracking number registration).
- Fulfillment Information — — Tracking numbers and tracking status (used for automated tracking number registration).
The App processes this information strictly within the scope required to operate. We do not access buyers' credit card information or payment details.
3. Purposes of Information Use
- Generating ClickPost-compatible CSV files (including automated address/name formatting).
- Extracting tracking numbers from label PDFs and registering them in Shopify orders.
- Processing shipment notification triggers.
- Enhancing App stability and fixing software bugs.
- Handling customer inquiries and support requests.
4. Data Preservation and Retention Period
The App does not permanently store order data on our servers. Processing (e.g., CSV generation, tracking number assignments) runs strictly per session, and data is discarded immediately upon completion.
App installation tokens and associated data are deleted upon App uninstallation.
5. Provision of Information to Third Parties
We do not furnish your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
- When disclosure is mandated by law.
- When required for protecting human life, body, or property.
- When prior consent has been explicitly given by you.
We never utilize your personal data for our advertising purposes or forward it to external marketing services.
